8. Peanut Butter
This one can be tricky. We all knew someone growing up with hippy parents who got all-natural peanut butter with no palm oil or sugar. It never tasted as good as Jiff, and you had to go through that annoying process of stirring in the peanut oil into it. However if you are all grown up and suffer from type-2 diabetes, that’s the only peanut butter for you. Trader Joe’s sells a great sugar-free peanut butter with flax and chia seeds which doesn’t require as much stirring.
