6. Not washing face after workout

Workouts make you sweat. Even if you do not notice drops of sweat, your skin is still sweating. It means it is flushing out toxins. If you do not wash face after exercise, you simply let those toxins sit on skin surface for hours. They get mixed with dirt, dust, and excess oil and can block pores.
