7. Mulberry Leaf

A study from the University of Minnesota found that glucose didn’t rise as high after meals when consumed with mulberry leaf tea, and didn’t drop as low afterwards. A 44% lower spike was recorded in type-2 diabetics, which would result in lower damage to blood cells.
