This food has a wide range of nutrients…you can say they are the jack of all trades….they contain a bit of almost all essential nutrients we need.

Eat a dish of boiled, mashed potatoes with unsweetened yoghurt…”superliciously” satiating!
TIP: After boiling potatoes, keep them for a while to cool them. This enables the formation of plenty of resistant starch, which is a fiber-like substance proven to show several health benefits, one of them being weight loss.
