11. Whole Eggs
Whole eggs were ostracized from the weight loss scene due to their cholesterol level; but they are back. The latest verdict: they don’t cause heart attacks and don’t affect cholesterol levels of blood.
Instead, they prove to be a great food for weight loss because:
- They are high in protein and a protein-rich diet induces body to burn fat faster
- They contain healthy fats
- They satiate your hunger faster; so you eat lesser.
