5. Coconut Oil
The mention of oil gives weight loss strugglers the creeps. Yet, not all oils are bad. Coconut oil is rich in Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs), which are fatty acids that are proven to boost satiety more than other fats. They are also found to increase the calorie-burning capacity of the body.
Coconut is found in a study to help reduce belly fat. So, it would be a smart idea to replace your current cooking oil with coconut oil. However, if your current cooking oil is extra virgin olive oil, then you need not replace it, as this oil is regarded by nutritionists as the healthiest cooking oil on earth.
TIP: Use just a spoonful of oil for cooking. Avoid frying and deep frying.
