Nuts are high in fats, yet are not essentially fattening. You can fearlessly snack on them, as they contain good amounts of fiber, protein, and healthy fats.
A handful of nuts daily or every alternate day, according to studies, help to enhance metabolic health and contribute to weight loss in many cases. Studies have proved that people who eat nuts are leaner and healthier than those who don’t.
However, nuts are high in calories, so keep them only a handful or less. No binge eating please.
