What? Can I really sink my teeth into a piece of dark chocolate when I crave for sugar?
According to dieticians, yes. But it should be dark, with more than 70 per cent cocoa. We aren’t talking about milk chocolates and other regular chocolates here.
Bonus: Dark chocolate contains polyphenols that carry anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
However, please do not gobble up the whole bar. A couple of pieces are enough. It does contain some amount of sugar though, and you ought to watch your waistline, right?
